# What should I do if I buy the wrong package?

When users make their first purchase, due to a lack of understanding of the differences between different proxy types and an unclear understanding of the proxy type required for their own business needs, they may choose the wrong proxy type package to purchase. But you don’t have to worry, because in this case, Thordata supports package replacement services.

If you purchased the wrong proxy type package, you can contact us via email **<support@thordata.com>** and provide the following required information:

1. Your Thordata username
2. The package you are currently purchasing
3. The order number of your current package purchase
4. The package you wish to change
5. Please tell us the reason for your purchase error, which will help us improve our service and avoid similar situations in the future.

After receiving your email information, our staff will contact you and change your package.
