# Can static IPs be renewed after expiration?

A static IP stays yours **as long as you keep renewing it.** The renewal price equals the purchase price, and the IP normally does not change.

After expiration there is a **24-hour window** to renew. Beyond that the IP may be released, and it cannot be recovered after 15 days. If an IP already shows "Expired", support can create an order to try to restore the original IP (Dashboard → Pay in the top right → after payment, send us the new IP to confirm).

On automatic charges: one-off orders are never charged again. Subscription plans are charged to a bank card only and require sufficient wallet balance, otherwise they lapse at expiry. To stop renewing, turn it off in the subscription settings of the relevant product in the dashboard. If you are charged twice, send us your registration email and the charge records; after verification the amount is returned to your wallet.

When renewing through support, please provide the exact IP address so it is not created as a new one.
