# How do I choose between dynamic residential proxies and static ISP proxies?

Choose by how you work: if you need rotating IPs and pay-per-traffic usage for short-term tasks, use **rotating residential**; if you need one IP that stays put for stable logins, use **static ISP**.

Then choose a tier by quality requirement:

| Tier | Characteristics | Best for |
| ----------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------- |
| Standard residential IP | Good value; may be flagged by some platforms | General scraping, bulk access |
| Native | Geolocation and ASN closer to a real home network; passes more often | Platforms with stricter risk controls |
| Premium Native | Higher purity, higher price | High-value accounts, long-term logins |

None of the tiers can guarantee remaining undetected. For long-term logins such as TikTok or WhatsApp, static ISP (native) is recommended; on Android devices, static ISP is the better fit; fingerprint browsers (AdsPower, BitBrowser and similar) are usually paired with static proxies.
