# How do I request a domain unblock?

1. Complete KYC verification first.
2. Go to Dashboard → [**Advanced settings**](https://dashboard.thordata.com/residential-proxies/advanced_settings) → Domain unblock.
3. Enter the domain **without the `https://` prefix**, for example `www.example.com`.
4. Requests take effect about 10 hours after approval. You can track progress under "Unblock records".

Financial and payment, government, email, and visa-related sites are restricted for compliance reasons and cannot be unblocked. A few domains (such as payoneer.com) require a separate whitelist review. If a Stripe API domain is still blocked after approval, send us the error log and we will escalate it to the technical team.
