# What are your support hours?

Live support is available **UTC 01:00 – 14:00**. Requests submitted outside these hours are handled the next business day, on a priority basis.

You can reach us through the website live chat, dashboard tickets, or `thordata.com/contact-us`. For technical issues raised outside support hours, please include your registration email, proxy configuration, and an error screenshot so we can start immediately.
