# What payment methods are supported?

Bank card, PayPal, Alipay, and cryptocurrency (USDT and others).

* **Cryptocurrency:** on-chain confirmation usually takes 5–30 minutes. The payment window expires after 30 minutes; if you have already paid but the order has not been credited, send us the TXID or transaction hash and support will verify it manually.
* **Wallet balance:** credited instantly, never expires, usable for any product, cannot be withdrawn. The minimum top-up is USD 50.
* **PayPal:** larger amounts require a business order — contact support for a payment link.
* **Alipay:** arranged by support through a manual order.
* **Subscriptions:** charged to a bank card only. To pay from your wallet instead, contact support for a manual order.

If checkout fails, the most common cause is KYC that is incomplete or not yet applied — log out and back in, or refresh the page. If payment still does not go through, support can create an order for you and you can complete it from the top right of your account.
