# 1. Proxy Not Working at All

The reasons why a proxy may not work at all fall into two main categories:

* Customer-side issues: Incorrect account credentials, unstable network environment, an unsupported network environment in Mainland China, or restricted access to the target website.
* Resource issues: After testing and confirmation with a sales representative, if the proxy still does not work, the IP can be replaced free of charge.

If the proxy is not working at all, customers should first check for account credential and network environment issues. After ruling out the above problems, they can contact a sales representative for further assistance.
