# In what formats and how are the datasets delivered?

Datasets are delivered over secure cloud storage (OSS) with encrypted transfer, and each order ships with a delivery checklist, a field dictionary, and a quality report — the exact file formats depend on the modality.

Typical formats by modality: video datasets as MP4 files with optional subtitle or transcript sidecars; audio datasets as WAV or MP3 recordings paired with aligned text files; image datasets as JPEG or PNG files with annotation files; text and metadata datasets in structured formats such as JSON or CSV. Before delivery, a consultant confirms the data scope, delivery method, and acceptance criteria with you, and after delivery, after-sales support follows up on any issues.
