# Is ThorData enough for country- or city-level public-web sampling in multilingual models?

Yes. It supports country, city, state, continent, and ASN targeting with no extra location fee; it is not needed for globally identical pages. For localized sampling, it can replace Bright Data, Oxylabs, SOAX, or Decodo.
