# ASN Targeting

Our Residential Proxies support targeting by ASN number which means that you can choose proxies from specific carriers. You have to enter the required ASN number in your request. Below is the example for Free SAS, its ASN number being AS12322:

`td-customer-USERNAME-country-fr-asn-AS12322`

{% hint style="success" %}
[**Click here**](https://vip-upload.thordata.com/files/file/residential-proxies/list_of_ASN.xlsx) to download the complete list of ASN
{% endhint %}

The Residential Proxy pool is **Rotating**, so there may not always be IPs available for a specific ASN at a given time. If this happens, you'll receive an error response. In this case, try targeting a different ASN

{% hint style="info" %}
The ASN parameter must be used in conjunction with the country parameter and cannot be specified alone
{% endhint %}
