# 代理完全不生效

**代理完全不生效的原因主要分為以下兩個方面：**

1. 客戶自身問題：賬密輸入錯誤、網路環境不穩定、不支持中國大陸的網路環境、訪問目標網址受到限制
2. 資源問題：在找商務人員測試確認後，如果代理仍然不生效，則可以免費更換新的IP

如果代理完全不生效，客戶可以優先檢查賬密和網路環境的問題，在排除以上問題後可以聯系商務人員進行詢問。
