# 1. 代理完全不生效

**代理完全不生效的原因主要分为以下两个方面:**

1. 客户自身问题：账密输入错误、网络环境不稳定、不支持中国大陆的网络环境、访问目标网址受到限制
2. 资源问题：在找商务人员测试确认后，如果代理仍然不生效，则可以免费更换新的 IP

如果代理完全不生效，客户可以优先检查账密和网络环境的问题，在排除以上问题后可以联系商务人员进行询问。
