# 5. 使用白名单的方式，连接失败

当用户使用白名单的认证方式使用我们的代理时，进入指纹浏览器配置代理的时候，经常会配置代理失败，主要原因可能是用户**没有正确的添加白名单**。

由于我们的代理不支持中国大陆的网络环境，因此当添加进白名单的本机IP归属地是中国大陆的时候，在指纹浏览器配置代理时会失败。此处注意是本机IP。

而当您的本机IP并非中国大陆时，此时将本机IP添加进入白名单，便可以成功配置代理。
