How to Get Started with SERP API

Quickly start using Thordata’s SERP API to scrape search engine data by following these simple steps:

1.Sign Up Visit Thordata’s official website: Click “Sign Up”, fill in your email, password, and other details to complete registration. Alternatively, you can sign up using Google, GitHub, or other supported methods. Once done, log in to your account.

2.Obtain API Credentials After registration, log in to your dashboard, navigate to [SERP API] > [Pricing], and claim your free trial to receive your API credentials.

3.Configure Parameters After obtaining your credentials, go to [API Playground], select your desired search engine (e.g., Google Search, Bing, Yandex, or DuckDuckGo), and configure the core parameters. For example:

  • Choose a platform (e.g., Google)

  • Enter a keyword (e.g., “sneaker discounts”)

  • Target country/region (e.g., United States)

  • Language (e.g., English)

4.Start Scraping Once configured, click the [Start Scraping] button to execute the task. The right panel will display a real-time preview of the scraped page content along with structured JSON data.
